Lovely classic, though sadly too large for me

thanks for presenting this Omega novelty!
I would go for it on the spot as this classic case and waffle dial with the date at six is a great favourite of mine. The old ref. 2627 and 2757 display these features, but they have the modest diameter of 35 mm instead of 40 mm.
Once more I would wish Omega would simply reissue their watches from the 1950´s and 1960´s. You cannot improve perfection.
