Not worn this one at least a year, if not years. I cannot recall the last time it was on my wrist.
When I bought this watch it seemed a little WILD. And friends let me know. There was a cartoon character on the dial…you’re a grown man…that’s a woman’s watch…and so on, so forth.
That was two decades ago. How things have changed.
What has not changed is my trust in my eye. Buy what I like, it usually works out.

I didn’t know there was a black dial Snoopy Speedy.
Snoopy isn’t really my personal thing but I understand the appeal and I like this one better than the blue one. Best, Emmanuel
Nobody wanted these first-generation Snoopy Speedies when . . .
. . . they were introduced over twenty years ago. I recall seeing them sitting on dealer's shelves for years. Jay should be a stock-picker. 🙂

Wasn’t smart enough to buy Richemont stock instead of all those Panerai in the 2000s. But the Panerai were more fun !
This one is for sure far more subtle.
But even then, it was an odd piece back then. Hence the reaction of my friends at the time.
