4 or 5 years ago, I saw this watch, A replica of a Pilot watch, which was introduced in the " Museum Collection " . I made some searches, and was amazed by the rarity of the original model, which looks a lot like this Re Edition. But I'm not an expert, so...

A fantastic piece, indeed. One of the nicest Vintage Pilot watch, IMO, with the Longines, and the JLC Mark 11. As for patience, you're absolutely right, and patient I am... With this kind of piece, at least. Thanks, my friend, for your help. Best, Nicolas

Love the pilot style, part of what attracted me to the more recent Dynamic. This was truly beautiful.

they are very rare indeed. the slightly more common model is the one with long crown stem that is often seen in the books. i've got no pic of that i'm afraid. i bought all the museum pieces from 2001-2005 in the misguided belief that they might possibly b... 

But never in the flesh. What I know is that this Beast had an important size for this era ( 41 mm ). Will follow your advice, my friend. Best, Nicolas

Yep, one of the most appealing Omega, to me. I may consider the re edition, but the original is another league ( of interest and beauty). Best, Nicolas
