. . . not too long ago, I stopped for dinner at a café in Sunset Beach, and found myself sitting next to a gentleman wearing an early 60's gold Omega Constellation . . . turns out he had three of them, all purchased back in the 60's. He claimed the watch had never been serviced, and you should have seen the look of disbelief on his face when I told him that he should take it in to a watchmaker . . . his response was that there was no need because it was still running :-( . . . unbelievable but true. I went " incognito " to the Omega Boutique, near Place Vendome, just to see the ambiance and one or 2 models, too..LOL I can tell you that I was perfectly and nicely welcome in the Boutique, we were chatting about the Omega Book ,and I even saw a Tourbill...
I've spent a little time at the Omega boutique in Beverly Hills, Nicolas . . .
. . . and have tried on six central tourbillons there, including a platinum model with a solid caseback . . . I love them all, but that would be my favorite of the bunch. Cordially, Art
