From the picture, this is a watch for the owner and those who have good eyesight to fully appreciate its dial elegance and daintiness. With my aging eyes I might even need a loupe to locate the textured patterns. The dial imo does look sparse even from a short distance and the attractiveness of the salmon color starts to diminish probably because of its similar hue to the skin tone in general . Nevertheless, it is a very captivating timepiece to admire.
Saw the Tonda No Date and Skeleton
Both looked nice, but the plastic on them made it hard to appreciate the dials. That’s why you have to buy them!! ...
As skeletons go, I hold VC and AP as the standard bearers.
I feel PF had a strong opportunity, but their skeleton dial doesn’t do it for me…fortunately for my wallet.
Both are solid offerings from PF.
I am sure there are many hearts that will flutter over these pieces, and rightfully so. They are outstanding. Personally, my eyes set on the new Toric models, which are superb. Thanks for the photos. M4
The Toric models seem like great pieces, with a top price tag to match..
I think their movements are made of gold, which is awesome.
I must say...
I originally really wanted to like the salmon colored from press photos. In those photos the dial seems overly sparse 🤷♂️ need to see in person. Weird normally I like that look
Yeah, my wife felt it was a little empty but I think if you backup and focus on the shape of the
Body, bracelet, and hand turned dial, there is a style there that catches the attention of the owner only. Also, color wise, maybe my skin matched too much with the dial, that could have made the watch less appealing..

I’ve had the skeleton on my wrist, without the plastic, and it’s not something that captured my attention really.
My only real comparison is the AP, and it’s been some time since I had one of those on my wrist (pre hype, when they were reasonably accessible, for an RO skeleton). The PF didn’t seem to ignite the same feeling.
It’s different.. to say the least,
I’ll want to handle it at least on more time to pass better judgement.
