I think your comments about the dial sum it up really well and whilst I'm also not usually a fan of yellow or rose gold watches this one does look fantastic. As others have already said I think this watch would be best suited to the owner being a spectato... 

The gold seems so discreet here - how very Parmigiani. And interesting that the "no date" now moves to 42mm. Looks great to me!

...keep it at 40mm and it would be a lovely gentleman's chronograph...
