Parmigiani

Dear All, I was keeping an eye on available sport watches for the summer. I always liked the Parmigiani Tonda and even tried the GT last year when they also introduced the Tonda PF line. The Tonda PF Micro-Rotor seems to be sold out everywhere but I notic...  

I like the layout being symmetrical better than one of the models where the brand is on the right, OCD kicks in… Hopefully they are sold out because of good reasons and not because of overflow or lack of availability from the usual suspects. I heard the s... 

that watches which are (relatively) expensive are sold out so quickly. Before the PF line the interest in Parmigiani was very niche but they really did well with the new models. Laureatos were also available here in Switzerland last year..now not anymore....

I never cared about the new models based on pictures, but was actually very impressed when I saw them in person recently. Subtle but elegant, very comfortable to wear. Now waiting for this one to arrive But I have to say the dial layout of the annual cale... 

I think the revolution dial is amazing..feel free to post many pics ! The PF line is fantastic, I am happy I could get the Annual Calendar...is not too crowded and is fantastic. The PF Micro Rotor like the revolution are much more sought after but the PF ... 

Otherwise was also looking at the annual calendar. There is something appealing about the date not being in a window, however well integrated. And the calendar clearly distinguishes it from other watches in the segment! For anything comparable one needs t... 

in the sport watches segment, obviously the VC perpetual is an alternative but a much higher price point. AP well..you can't buy their watches anymore so 😄

the dial is still relatively busy

I would've gone for the annual over the time only but it was over my budget. Had a centum perpetual that I should've kept, man this post making me wish I ponied up the difference. Annual calendar you can go swimming with is oddly appealing to me.

price difference with time only is considerable, I suspect the produce less annual calendars as the demand is very strong on the time only. I think is worth the difference as you get almost a perpetual calendar with 100Mt waster resistance. The finish and... 

I really like the Tonda PF collection very versatible and under the radar
