My AD was the one that told me to try and register it on the website.

When I told him of the network errors, his suggestion was for me to pick up a separate registration form from him to resubmit.

I asked whether there was a contact number that he could check with to see why I haven't received the current Patek magazine yet (it's bi-year I believe?).

He said there is not.
