My AD was the one that told me to try and register it on the website. When I told him of the network errors, his suggestion was for me to pick up a separate registration form from him to resubmit. I asked whether there was a contact number that he could c... 

After I tried it 4 times on my laptop and twice on desktop (none worked), my wife was able to to get the website to accept the submission through her work laptop. I'm not sure if it's because the server could not handle enough requests and she simply slip...

I had the same issue when I sent my registration form in by the mail. Then I tried to do it over the web and got the same error you got. Nevertheless, when the new magazine came out in the fall I got it and the letter from them. I didn't hear anything unt...
