I have registered my patek through their magazine and it took me 1 try only. However, it took around 6-8 months befoe i received my magainze. Furthermore, 2 years later i changed my address and sent in AGAIN, via the registration form in their magazine, and they promptly updated the system and i received the next magazine in my new address. With regards to th online registration, i did not use it, but post a question to patek via thier website, and 2 months later, they did reply me.
In all, i believe they do take quite a while to sort through their mail, but surely, they would. Patience my friends, patience.
