It's funny...
After I tried it 4 times on my laptop and twice on desktop (none worked), my wife was able to to get the website to accept the submission through her work laptop.
I'm not sure if it's because the server could not handle enough requests and she simply slipped by or that her laptop was simply more compatible with the website. For as nice of a website design as Patek has, you would think they would have their communications set up a bit more properly.
