Yes, I also considered seriously the 3940P. Two reasons I did not get it: Most importantly no exhibition back. That was surprising as 3940G had both the metal and exhibition backs. The 3940P also look a bit small on my wrist. Too bad I cannot order an exhibition back. Cheers. Jim
