A few questions about Nautilus 5712

I'm near to pull the trigger and buy a Nautilus 5712 in steel for my 40th birthday.
However I still have a few questions about this iconic watch...

How do you set the time to one-second accuracy ? What's your best method ?
As a matter fact, the seconds hand doesn't seem to stop if you pull the crown.

How accurate is the moon phase display ?
Is it correct to say the watch needs to be corrected by one day only every 122 years if the watch runs without interruption ?
Could you also explain how to correctly set the position of the moon phase and when to set it to have the most accurate position ?

Finally I've found an exploded view of the 240 caliber (rear view).
Does anyone here could also provide an exploded view of the other part of this caliber (front view with the moon phase display) ?

Thanks for your help and advices,

Bertrand
