A stupid question:
Why don't you take the whole package to Patek and ask what they could do? I recently asked them to change half of my Nautilus case and I was surprised because the whole project was not a rip-off. Furthermore, Patek changed both the dial and the hands of another watch and the total bill for that job was around 1 k.

after all i believe Patek will replace original parts upon request but not customize parts for aesthetic reason.
