I wouldn't be worried at all. When you take the watch for a (hopefully) regular service, ask them have a look and propose if something can be done. Enjoy you beauty. Best, Kari

I have never seen anything like that occur on a dial like yours, even on older watches. I would suspect the only remedy would more than likely be a new dial. If I had discovered something like that on my watch, my eyes would go directly to it every time I... 

Are the grey areas scratches on the dial? Maybe the black marker is thicker someone tried to repaint it?

As already mentioned, I really wouldn't worry, as it can be sorted when due a service. I would just admire the rest of that gorgeous looking dial. :) Regards Tony

For me I would leave alone as you won't be staring at watch with a loupe and it is an original second series watch. Enjoy it and cherish it as it is one amazing watch--my favorite PC chrono ever made! Cheers,

I think it slipped by QC, it should be fixed but as others have said, wait until next service. I dont think it is worth not having the watch for 4 months while waiting for it to return. Beautiful watch

an original second series dial leave it alone. Otherwise you will hurt the value of watch as many of us who collect place a great deal of importance in correct dials and originality. To each his own but again you won't be staring at your watch thru a loup...
