As for Cortina...
I found their staff were not as accommodating when I contacted them in person and over the phone. The way they responded left much to be desired.
Thankfully, I noticed there was a PP boutique run by Sincere at the Hilton Singapore and my first call to them was handled extremely well by a young lady. It wasn't long before I flew into Singapore to meet her and collect my very first 5146.
Cortina's sales staff are very abrupt, looking for quick transactions. I personally feel shopping for a PP is a rather special occasion, not something that's done in a hurry. Suffice to say, I'll be steering clear of Cortina and for now at least, Sincere will have my business.

Congrats to Patek on the 2nd boutique. But on a personal note, I am not too thrilled at
having Cortina as their partner as I have had bad experience with them before. The other 2 big ADs would have been a better option imho. PAt
