Thanks for posting. Must admit the leather is more elegant but know the composite is far more practical. Some years back I had a 5711G and kept it on the composite strap the entire time, mostly since changing the strap was too delicate to do at home.

It is an excellent choice. If you have other photos with the composite strap please share as it would be great to see how it interacts with the dial. I have thought about adding this to my 5712a as I find the two so different from each other. Congrats!

I had always wanted one too... Among the Annual Calendars, this Nautilus is a formidable contender. Personally I prefer the grey dial too. Makes the watch look softer..Even better it's lighter than those in precious metal. Cheers !
Softer perhaps, but...
for me, the grey dial is certainly much more modern than the blue one. Of course, it is only my opinion, the same for what I've written on the other Nautilus models.
