I have just heard that my AD just lost its Patek dealership after 15 years :-(

And do you know the reason? Do you have another one handy?

I am not too fussed. If it is not meant to be, it is ok. I am blessed to have enough toys to play with

Patek must be downsizing their AD network. I shall also miss the Patek dinners held there!

This thing is HUGE at 42mm!

and was pleasantly surprised! The lugs really help the watch to fit me. ...

Did you get it "sealed" like this from your AD?

Nowadays, you cannot take it sealed anymore, you cannot even take the packaging. New policies...

For instance, I often pick up my Rare Handcrafts several months after delivery to a specific AD (I'm always in the wrong place! ;-)) and even if they kindly send me pictures of the watches in advance, they always request that I not share them on WatchProS...

Just got mine a month or so ago. Very happy, lovely weight and the dial really pops in the sunlight. I agonised over the travel time/AC complication but the thin case, legibility and simple dial won me over. Sadly this may be my last for a while as I thin...  

I love it on the beige strap, but I actually think that I prefer it on the black one 😉

I am lucky enough to own this one as well and it’s really a fantastic watch, very versatile for a calatrava IMO. I can be a fine dress watch or more business casual look. I’m sure you will be very pleased with it

Enjoy it often and love the texture on the dial 👍
