I have had several excellent experiences with Tourneau.  They deal in large volume for nearly every brand they represent; that gives them the ability to absorb the impact of problems.  I suggest that you contact the manager of the store and set a date to have them either refund your purchase price, replace the piece or provide the document.  Diplomatically tell them that you will share the experience with fellow collectors via the web.  I think you will be pleased with outcome.  Please let us know.
