FANTASTIC STORY!!!! And kudos to you as well
This was a fantastic story but I have to say I must soft my hat to you. YOU are a GREAT part of the story as you were an honest broker and did not take advantage of the situation which I feel many would have done. It is heart warming to hear a story like that. I am sure this was like winning the lottery for the man in question and its a great punch line.
I hope my collection will make my future son in laws smile. I have only daughters and they will get their mother and grandmother's jewelry. They will also get her watches which are mostly men's watches anyway. Anyway.. I have been upgrading my collection lately and now can number 4 PP's in my collection. They include two annuals and one perpetual. If my family can keep them and pass them on that would be great. If, however, they do need additional funds for some reason I hope it would help present such an event.otherwise I hope they will be tokens which will help my family recall a fond memory of a past generation. Either way it will serve a purpose.
