I disagree. I think in these "showy" and "bling" times - yellow could be the choice metal - it's a sign of the times.. Not to mention, I believe yellow gold is preferred by Patek's customers in newer markets - the Far East/India/Russia etc... Perhaps even...

lots of love for yellow gold right now but when manufacturers make a model available in white/yellow/rose, yellow seems to come a distant third in terms of sales. Good point about the far east markets preference for yellow gold though.

No one wants to pay an exorbitant price for a simple and useless chrono function... What is so 'Patek' about this watch I really fail to understand ... just my opinion ofcourse...
