I have a suggestion
Have it polished and once it's done nice and shine with no nicks nor scratches then put it in a plastic bag and seal it.
Put the bag in the box and put the box in the safe.
And never open the safe.
You'll never get any scratches or dings this way!!
Guys no more about dents after this just got magnified images
Guys no more about the dent and mark lines after this I have just magnified the images. Please let me know if this kind can be fixed by patek. Cheers...

yes I am getting a 5146 and my point is also not much about fixing it now I just wanted to know if it could be fixed say like after 1 , 2 or 3 year or when ever I would send it in....... 5146 pretty soon
