Patek or not Patek...I know how you feel :-)
But rest assure it will be fine.
The only thing you have to worry about is how long it will take and not 'can it be fix?'
You are young and you get your first Patek, you get very excited and treasure the watch extremely preciously,
we all understand and probably most of us have gone through that stage ;-)
I'm most concern when I 'see' things on the dial or the movement. Yours is totally fixable.
Meanwhile, I would suggest you getting another new watch while waiting for yours to return ;-)

Guys no more about the dent and mark lines after this I have just magnified the images. Please let me know if this kind can be fixed by patek. Cheers...

....Mustu: what do they put in the water in your neck of the woods? Take it easy; maybe a holiday for a couple of weeks....DON'T take the Patek ! ;-) All the best, pplater.

yes I am getting a 5146 and my point is also not much about fixing it now I just wanted to know if it could be fixed say like after 1 , 2 or 3 year or when ever I would send it in....... 5146 pretty soon
