I'm a specialist for Patek Philippe at a retailer and have seen the watch in person. It is a masterpiece in engraving unrivaled by anything I've seen in many years. Unfortunately, the price reflects the crafstmanship. I don't have the new price increase reflected paperwork in front of me right now, but if I remember correctly the pieces are around $125,000 versus $90,000 for the standard model 5159.
Truly a work of art: Not only is the case engraved, but also the officer caseback and the dial to match.
