I like this iteration, it’s ref. 5230G-022 announced last year to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Patek’s relationship with its distributor in Mexico City, where there are three ADs.
However, there have been, over time, many special WT editions dedicated to particular cities or countries, so aside for its interesting dial, frankly I don’t think it’s a piece with a special collectible value...Either you have a personal connection to that city or AD, or you are likely not to look for one😉Cheers.

Otherwise, the differences seem small, although the red half of the 24 hours ring does add a bit of color. Glad that they didn't obscure the movement by printing text on the sapphire glass case back.
I have always thought they should do that.

Just noticed something. The first three pictures show Sao Paulo as UTC-2, although it is UTC-3 like Buenos Aires (which is also included).
The last dial shot however has Sao Paulo replaced by S.Georgia, so the error is corrected. A further difference between the dial versions is that some city names have been abbreviated in the 'corrected' one. I imagine this must have been discussed before....
