I think the 5235R’s dial is more dynamic
The 5235R transitions between nearly silver, brushed metal, and nearly black very readily. I think the darker color applied to the 5236P’s dial necessarily requires more light to get it to truly shine.
I do think the difference in size, even though it is minor, is noticeable. My guess is the center of gravity is slightly higher and that in combination with the denser PT950 case exaggerates the difference.

I find that it has just enough mass to remind you that it is platinum, but not too much that you rush to take it off when you return home. I also have a 5235 and find its ever-so-slightly smaller size to be more comfortable, but I wouldn’t want to give up...

Interesting about the PT.
I can understand that with the PT metal being heavier, a slight difference in size would be noticeable. With my 5235R, if find that the RG metal sometimes reflects on the dial and gives a pinkish bronze look too. Very beautiful and fun to see the chameleo...
