i would say he is a fortunate person
somebody probably declined his order on arrival and so it was passed on to the next in line. you appreciate that a 5101p can not be made in a few weeks. given that an order with pp requires no deposit it is clear that this will occur. the prevailing world economic crisis is biting and even those who have the finance are thinking twice about making superfluous acquistions- minus the oligarchy tribe that is.
there are waiting lists for these watches and even if there (hypothetically)are none, pp will not grant the wishes of everyone or anyone.

my AD submitted a request for a customer and got one in a few weeks this year. I saw the piece before it was delivered to the customer. How is that for a wait list?
