you are going to go through restoration of a vintage Patek, it really does not matter much if the watch runs or not. I try to the either the very best I can find or the worst example and then restore. As long as the case is in good shape, no deep marks, Patek will fix everything else.

But this watch was just beautiful and worth the cost of restoration.
go to a trusted dealer....there are a few....or....
get one of the trusted experts here to light the path!! The movements of the vintage Calatravas are superb....and after all, Patek is where it is because of the greatness of its history......

Another 20 years of enjoyment. Of course the movement must be serviced every 5 to 7 years. My opinion , it also depends on your usage. If every day then even 4.5 years. Best wishes.
