the VC 145, I think, but I could be wrong. Interesting that JLC added 3 jewels. I hadn't seen any examples of JLC's tourbillon in a Patek. Thanks for showing. -Dean
well they look similar but really have nothing to do with each other
andre bornand did make a pocket watch that was similar to the 3699 caliber but they have a "bornand" cage in copper beryllium rather than the cage made in steel in the jlc 170. However, i do think JLC made the school watch ebauches which were very similar...

Bornand made it himself not using any base. He also constructed the caliber 34T for patek
