It's calatrava not cal-i-trava!
Calatrava is the name of a famous spanish architect: Santiago Calatrava(check the net).
The design stems from the above watch from the 30's - I believe a Ref. 2096. So the 5296 is a real classic design in a new case. As the original was steel, I preferred the 5296 in G (or gris or white gold).
The 5296 is my picture of my watch, whereas the 2096 is from someone of this community but I don't remember who it was. I hope he doesn't mind me using the pic. Thanks.

Ok.. I get the 5296 is a nice watch, but check out the new dial of the 6000G.. I had a choice between the 2 and the 240 and the new dial sealed the deal for me....
