Colors are very subjective... And I'm very partial, as I prefer White Metals... Sometimes, the Rose or Red Gold looks warmer. But in the case of the 5712, with its gre blue dial, I'd say that the contrast between the white metal and the grey blue dial is ... 

SS version cannot be found in Hong Kong at least not sold for me, All watch collectors took all stuffs and sold at HK$ Same price as WG vesion! Cheers, Ericpen

A great combination of strap, metal and dial color ; dressy and sporty. The rose/red of patek is truly outstanding and has a bit of the cinnamon color unlike the watered down pink of some other makes. Good hunting! ...
