hello! I recently inherited a womens diamond patek and I'm trying to decipher the numbers that are on the appraisal sheet. It says: twenty jewel Swiss manual wind movement # 980477. The inside of back case is stamped PT 0.0950, PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE SWISS... 

Movement # 980477 PT 0.0950=platinum # 2612161 =probably case # 3267/18=Reference (Model) number

Hi, it is a platinum case with diamonds produced around 1959/60 according to the provided serial numbers.  3267 is the model# or reference#  an the watch should look like this: Courtesy Antiquorum kind regards...
