ive had my 5167 for over a year
and it makes the same noise that you describe , it doesn't seem to effect the accuracy as my watch constantly is always running around +2 secs a day.I previously owned a 5065 which had the 315 calibre however it didn't make a sound when winding. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
