Let me be the contrarian
The links are held with either push pins with a sleeve, or by screws (this ref has used both systems). If you are reasonably handy (ie can chane a light bulb without help) you can easily do it yourself. There is no magic Patek training needed, just common sense. Just use proper tools and, if screws, heat, to soften the thread lock.
