Mercedes E-Class sedan and estate, Audi A6 sedan and estate, BMW 3 series GT and 6 series GT are the ones that come to my mind atm.
All without sunroof. I’ve given up on testing italian, french and asian cars as well as coupes, cabriolets and sports cars tbh. There are of course also some SUVs that offer good headroom. Even though some of them only look tall from the outside, but are not made for tall people. The Tesla Model X is a good example. It‘s a huge car, but my head is right at the point, where the huge windshield meets the roof and my head touches the bulk at the border between both (also the seats are not comfortable at all at my height).

The case is listed at 37mm...
...but I met a man last summer who was wearing one. At about 6' or 6'1" he was not small...the watch looked fantastic on him. With my 7.25" wrist I would wear it in a second : )
I‘m 6‘6“ and I don‘t wear below 39mm anymore (got one at 38mm, but that one got a very large dial and narrow bezel).
Had a 35 and a 37 but sold both after a while. But I‘m used to have limited choice. 80% of all cars don‘t offer enough headroom for me.
