I opened the watch the other day and was able to get the numbers
Case number 287324
18K stamped
Number on the movement - 195667 18 jewels
It also had Spaulding Co Chicago, IL on the movement so was curious about that. I am about to put in my request from the archives but wanted to ask you guys about your thoughts as well. Any guess in terms of value?

from the dial it is hard to say. The vintage pieces I've seen usually have Geneve (French spelling) not Geneva, but that doesn't mean the other wasn't used. and the "look" is right to my eyes. Here's a mens WW of similar vintage...
you will have to open the case and..
.have a look at the movement and inner case markings, the dial and movement could be correct but the case may not be a patek philippe case.
gut feeling says: genuine
The fact that is is written "Geneva" and not "Geneve" is not a real hint for a fake as I know of vintage ones with Geneva on the dial. Also: I very much doubt that Patek was so popular and, more logically, so well known that anybody would fake it. The cas...

I would say it looks good you could order..
