Of those three, the 5070
You seem to love chronographs, so if you have decided it is going to be one of those three, the 5070 is a great choice. It sure gets a lot of love everywhere it is discussed and it is a watch with outstanding presence. I'm not a lover of the world timers because (1) I very rarely travel internationally and (2) what about daylight savings? Personally, I prefer calendars to chronographs, so if I had to pick between the two I would get some kind of calendar--in your price range a 5146. But actually, you could probably get a 5140 for about the price of a 5070, and that would be my first choice.

you say you're a big chronograph fan and one of the 3 choices you give us is the 5070 ... Well, if you can get one from your AD, go for it. Imo it's the most beautifull chrono ever made. For my it's even the most beautifull watch ever made About the 5959....

...the comment about the 5959 Yes, we're not in the 40ties - but is there any good reason we shouldn't simply like and buy what we personally like. And I've to say once more, my hat off for PP designing a watch like the 5959. IMHO, "stupid" is really not ...
