With all due respect I have an observation to make to your post. In my experience, modern Patek Philippe watches are not provided the most dependable movements, very much to the contrary, and all too often their after-sales service is perfectly nefarious.... 

...how long have you been collecting Pateks and specifically how much first-hand experience do you have with antique pateks beyond the prices that they have been commanding at watch auctions? I ask because I am curious how much context/basis for compariso...

do you things will change at patek wiyhout henri. also with the increase in gold, will they chance the gold bracelets. i do think that the 5146 j is a great watch it is beautiful and practical. what are your thoughts? thanks
