Lets start with case design, older version, the sides are straight, new version is curved, then the thickness, the luminous dial for older version is thinner, the luminous of the hands for older version, also thinner, modern version is thicker, bracelet for the new version, is heavier, thicker, lastly, price of the new version is $$$. I am sure, someone will be able to tell u more ... enjoy.
