I know not of any novelties in the past few years that were introduced in Basel in March and then delivered in April or May. The early ones normally get delivered in July at the earliest. Some even get delivered in the following year. Oh well, I know Patek would not introduce a watch at Basel unless they are sure that it can be produced to the correct quality. Both the movement and the dial have been done before but then again two different ADs with the same explanation might indicate some truth in the matter.
