but it is quite normal for Basel novelties not to be delivered until later during the year. I am waiting for my 7234R and have not received delivery yet although the 5524Rs have been delivered since July. As Patek have experience in producing salmon dials in the past, I doubt if they would be experiencing problems in producing this dial.
