As I didn\'t like it at first... But it feels very comfortable, is quite unique and reminds the old chronographs (well, it needs a little patina but you know what I mean)

I've always been a fan of this ref. It is something out of the ordinary for a very conservative company.

It\'s a great great ref even though it is not a "regular" Patek, and surely not the first Patek someone should own. Which is a shame because it\'s great But a WT , a Nauti or a PC would have to come first in my mind. Well there is no rule. What I\'m sayin... 

I still cannot make up my mind about it. I tried it on and couldn't believe how comfortable the bracelet was. Unfortunately for me, it is a tad too shiny. PP would not alter the finish but the AD offered to make it a satin finish (polish) by their own wor... 

I truly agree on the waterproof thing. About the bracelet, please no alteration on the genuine one... You can swap to a strap or another bracelet , whatever, but keep the original one. But honestly, this one is so much fun shiny of course. But fun. Not an... 

Of course it looks great on a strap. But this bracelet is genuine, comfy and so unique... that I will keep it so for a while At the first glance I hated it, and now I love it... How can this be true?!? This bracelet is part of why I chose this piece : ver...

and you wear it very easily from these shots. I was surprised when Kari told me it was one of the most comfortable watch he wears as I know how much the Nautilus line is the top of comfort. You'll have a quite unusual 5960 (dial but also bracelet) and you...

I ordered an Aventador SV Roadster and it will have the exact same colours as the 5960/1a : mate black, silver, red wheel centres and red seat stitches receiving this monster at the end of the year.

Porsche Cayenne Diesel S. I will take that as a temporary car till the new comes and my 4 years old Cayenne I leave to Lapland in order to avoid driving. We like Cayenne a lot for driving around and also in the city. Best, Kari

Have been lurking on this site for some years now (this is my first post) but have to say that this purchase (some 2 months ago) was inspired by all of you here (especially Dr. Kol) - loving the watch (bracelet and all)! My 5712 has been quite neglected ....

I'm glad you decided to share your pleasure and opinion for this reference with us. The fact you say the 5712 is neglected during that period is quite something interesting. Enjoy it and I hope we'll read more about you and your collection in the future C... 

Thanks! Was a bit of a struggle initially deciding to get this watch - I was very much struck by the dial (very Paul Newmanish as some have suggested and great legibility) and like many others initially put off by the bracelet. But over time, I have come ... 

I thought I would swap to a strap immediately but I finally love this bracelet for the exact same reasons! Although I have the watch for only a few days, I\'m sure I will keep this bracelet for a long time !

I don't own one but tried it several times. It is not really the kind of thing I usually wear but, with the right outfit, it can look really good I think. So I totally understand what your saying and what JC said as well. This retro thing is indeed someth... 

I may be biased, but this is definitely one sublime piece from Patek. Wear it in good health!
