I like the blue most for three reasons: very nice color contrast (steel case with wide bezel vs. dark blue dial) , the blue dial color changes from different angles and blue is the original Nautilus color which recalls the color of deep sea.
Still, I think that white dial can also be very interesting and look great on others. I tried the white 5711 and 5980, nice, but just not made for me. In fact, even the 5726 with grey dial doesn't look right on my wrist while I am totally satisfied with 5711, 5712 and even 5980 in blue. Surprisingly, I saw a friend of mine wearing a 5726 and the watch suited him perfectly.
Conclusion: wrist size and shape, skin color, dress habit, preference, geographic location you live, etc. all can play important roles when one decides on a watch. The only one who can judge meaningfully is yourself
