Dear Friends, let me officially share with you the HUGE joy of this new enamel piece, which I picked up upon arrival in Italy last week --- simply put, one of the best-looking watches I have EVER seen in person! I know my pictures will never do it justice...

Thanks a lot Gordon, indeed a real beauty that the hobnail bezel of this "new" 5177 line (I believe it started in 2018 with "Boccadasse") highlights even more in my view! Very much looking forward to having a GTG with your lion one day! ;-))

My personal reaction was two-step: better in person than in the pictures (which is the case for most watches), and then it simply looked gorgeous and won me over once on the wrist! Hope the same for yourself...;-)
