I seem to be able to find out what the dial is made out of, white gold, so i still dont know what the P stands for.
And as for the other set of number, i'm yet to find it anywhere on the watch, whether case or movement, so i still need help if anyone is in the know!

movement number
Movement number is the one found on the movement corresponding to the certificate. Usually the case number is also stated on the certificate Lastly the P on the dial may relate to the fact the dial may be platinum but that is just a guess Julian
