The 215 is an excellent caliber.
It is reliable, accurate.
The trouble when you use a caliber too small for the case is the unbalanced lay-out of the dial. The small second sector seems to be too close to the center of the dial.
Of course, the designers work to to compensate for this trouble and many times, they manage to do it.
It looks ok in the 5119 (36mm watch), things are a bit more difficult in the 5196 (37mm).
So it is up to you, this story is after all only a matter of taste...

Richard Lange or Lange 1 Moonphase ( if it is not the Grande Lange One MP ).
