The more I see it, the more I like it!
even if I am crazy about the 5164A, I have to admit that now, I would have some hesitations if I had to choose between those two.
5164A has the GMT function which I consider as very handy.
5168A has a bigger diameter which could fit better on my wrist; I also like its fun colors. The chrono is cool, especially as it is a flyback, but I am not sure about its utility for me; I had a chrono before but I had never really used it... except for my pastas. ;-)

Great looking watch, very sporty. Could have been my favorite of the new releases but total bummer that it only has a 60 minutes register and no 12 hour register! Why Patek, why? The ultimate sports chronograph must have an hour register!
This combo dial colour works very well for me. Should be a blockbuster. I like when Patek gets off the beaten track

Agreed that Chrono is scaled well. Does anyone know if you can purchase the orange strap and for to the 5164 travel time?...
I think patek has struck a nice balance whith this design
between trying to do something contemporary and young (which they sometimes will have to do) and still keeping it tasteful and not overplaying it. This could only be a patek when you see it. I agree with comments about hour counter should have been there....

I get a feeling of youthful exuberance that will elude the old people
Maybe it's the bright orange accents and strap. Maybe it's the almost disposable 'look' of a Fitbit or smartwatch. It is attractive and not too scary for the youthful buyers and a good start in collecting Patek Philippe. Regards, MTF
