The subtle beauty of an Aquanaut
Thanks for the photo, chickenceo...the Aquanaut makes my heart race, even if it does remind some people of a porthole on a ship! To me, it evokes all the best characteristics of the 20th century. It's modern, stylish but not overly "precious," with a shape that's not easily summed up in one word. It can look very sophisticated one day, and very modest the next. I'm a big fan of wood-fired Japanese tea bowls for the same reasons; I like things that seem to take on a different character each time you look at them.
