Hello! This watch is ref.138 which i'm looking for! Though the dial is a bit aged and the crown is replaced, it's is still very rare and great watch. Thanks for the pics. John
I found a similar watch in 1930's Patek Philippe catalogue. And it says ref.137. I do not know the difference between 137 and 138 (may be case size??). The best way is to ask Patek Philippe to get the archives. Regards, John
