is truly a stunning piece; black dial, applied Breguet numerals, WG case, perfect size etc etc; the Tiffany name on the dial is very inconspicuous / barely noticeable; one of my friends has it and its one of the most beautiful ACs I have ever seen; I would buy it in a heart beat if its available and I could afford it. I have a feeling you will be paying a good premium over the retail price since there were only 100 pieces, I think!!
As far as 5550p, that I have never seen in metal, looks a very classic piece, an epitome of Patek's excellence; if I am not wrong, it was a LE also!
Lastly, trading is purely a matter of personal preference! do what your heart desires.
